In 2022, took my bakkie for a service and I was so upset by the person working at the Reception... The customer service was bad I couldn't get even a lift home... I went back twice after that because it's the only branch near me. I'm happy to say today I want to tell everyone to go and service their cars/ bakkies at Motus Isuzu Vereeniging Big ups to them.. From the security guard people were friendly...
I joined the medical insurance sometime in August 2024 and was told it will start working 1 October 2024. Subsequently, I got a letter from my Doctor to confirm my chronic illness...I received an approval letter....Hiowever, Ive been to Dischem at Vaal Mall 3 times and they keep on asking me for approval and asked me to pay cash. I had to stay without medication for 2 days since I couldn't afford to buy meditation I'm very disappointed....
Very disappointed with the way my order was handled. I ordered grilled baby chicken and I complained that the chicken was not grilled it was soft even the skin.. My food was taken back to get the chicken grilled.. It was brought back with traces of char.. Lookimg slightly grilled... I tried to eat the chicken but I started feeling nautilus...I called the waiter again to remove the food.. A few minutes later and executive chef was brought to my table to him what I said about the chicken I explained that the chicken was soft and as far as I'm concerned it was not grilled and I was told that this is how itts done at 11th floor. I thought I was going to give to be given a chance to order something else but what happened was I was given a take away bag with that food that made me nauseous I do you think that's the matter could have been handled better
I bought hoops gold earrings from Sterns for about R2000...they broke within 6 months...I went back to return them for repairs and I was told they cant repair them. My R2000 gone down the drain...I find this very unprofessional
My electricity was cut off in July .....I have been paying and requesting a payment arrangement in vain. Non of the people working at Eskom are able to help me. All I want is to pay and get connected but no one can help. The customer service keeps on giving me an automated reply
I bought a pair of gold earrings/Hoops last year February and the locker on one of the earrings broke. I visited the shop in January to report the matter and they advised me to bring them back so that they can send them to their workshop. I went again in July with the earrings and I was told they cannot fix the earrings because they were hollow. I spent R1300 on the earrings and expected to use them for a while longer than less than a year, this is totally not acceptable I need a replacement /compensation
I booked my car for service on Thursday for Friday. I spoke to the manager who rudely told me that I will have to pay to be dropped of in Zuurbekom, my home is only 20km away from the branch. When I got to the branch the workshop assistant, her name is Lauretta was very friendly and she told me that I will be dropped off with pleasure. I waited for the quotation and when I did not receive the call I called them, I was told that they have been trying to get hold of me , but I found out that they were using a wrong number. The Manager insisted it was my fault. I was given the quotation and I accepted, but had to cancel when the Manager told me they will not pick me up to fetch my bakkie but I will have to pick it up the next day since it was late. All this time I did not know I was talking to the Manager until Llauretta told me when I was reporting his bad treatment. My bakkie was due for 10000 km to comply with the warranty requirement, when I took my bakkie in it was on 9949. I use the bakkie for business and now I have to make another appointment with another dealer of course but I have to forfeit the warranty because of the Manager that treats black people like leapers.
A sales person at Chicken Licken sold me chicken nuggets shaped as chicken wings. I realized when I got home that the content was not what I ordered
Since January 2015 I started experiencing high billing from vodacom and was told it was data usage. I requested an investigation and was subsequently provided with a credit note. The billing from then on continued to be abnormal and when I queried this time I was told to check my data usage which still did not match the billing.Because of this I did not avail money on my bank for the debit order fearing that my money will not be refunded. On 29 May 2015 my cellphone no was deleted. I called Vodacom again and could not get help. I need to talk to someone who can tell me what I was billed for in Jan and Feb when my phone was suspended.
