In December 2023 i put new tires on my vehicle and came to conclusion that the studs were faulty i bought 24 new studs by Isuzu where only 12 were changed the other 12 i took back to Isuzu and at the point couldn't find any other nuts because out of stock the salesman said we don't need to refund but exchange for 12 others a year later still waited and went to ask if they are there yet absolutely no communication about the new nuts in December 2024 was shown to sparemanager where she said she would get them a month later contacted to say they have been order and 10 months later in 2025 is still no nuts been given for my studs to hold the mags on the tires and still no order received

Took my Isuzu for a 30 000km service on 06/03/2025. I was informed that the brakes needed to be replaced as they had less than 1mm of lining left on them. I did not let Isuzu do the work and instead took my vehicle to a brake specialist in town. They took out the brake pads and all of a sudden, the linings had grown from 1mm left according to isuzu vereeniging to more than 7mm. I have in other words more than 50% brake life left in these pads. So either isuzu's personnel are *********** and do not know the difference between 1mm and 7mm and know nothing about the brakes on an isuzu vehicle (for which they are certified and trained on) OR they are a ******** institution that wanted me to pay for brakes I did not need to have replaced? Only question I have is which one is it Isuzu Vereeniging? *********** or ********? Just so I know who and what I am dealing with going forward....

In 2022, took my bakkie for a service and I was so upset by the person working at the Reception... The customer service was bad I couldn't get even a lift home... I signed the contract for extended warranty (2022/02/25). I was surprised when I took the car for 120 000 km service, Avis told me that the contract expired ( 2024/01/23). I was chocked because on my contract 1st registered day of the car (2019/10/10). When I called Zelda from Motus select. She sent me the edit contract with my signature and the 1st registration date it’s removed. I was fuming and sent her the original contract. She’s stopped answering my calls. She sent an email referring me to Isuzu Mobility. Even Avis failed to assist me. So which means clearly that’s what they do best ****ming people.

I am so disappointed in Isuzu Vereeniging . My car was involved in an accident and my insurance purchased a replacement car from them , the car was at 24 800 km but started overheating and had a crack on the water bottle. When I requested the car to changed I was taken from pillar to post. How do you sell a car that was not inspected and then act like you don’t know that the car has a problem. I don’t advise anyone to buy a vehicle from them .

I am here at Izusu Motus Vereeniging and I have been waiting for almost 30mins one of the workers asked her colleague to help me but he is sitting down playing with his phone he came to drink water near me and greeted me and went back to his table and play with his phone. He didn't even ask if I needed help but he was asked to help me. Now that I have bought a car I am no longer important to them the service is bad.

A very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock to choose from. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.
