I am here at Izusu Motus Vereeniging and I have been waiting for almost 30mins one of the workers asked her colleague to help me but he is sitting down playing with his phone he came to drink water near me and greeted me and went back to his table and play with his phone. He didn't even ask if I needed help but he was asked to help me. Now that I have bought a car I am no longer important to them the service is bad.
The consultant promised a contract of R179 for Explora Ultra View and they told me that with that amount I wont have to pay my DSTV subscription it will be included. I was also told that when I receive my decoder I must just plug and play.I did that but the explora was not working and the consultant called me again to ask if it was working and I told her that it was not working she told me to plug it in and call DSTV so that they can activate it. I did and I was paying now for 2 subscriptions for my old explora and the explora ultra and I had to cancel the explora ultra subcription and unplug it. Now I have a DSTV Ultra which is stored not being used and paying every month for something I'm not using. OnAIr Tv consultants are ****** they will do anything to get you do agree to a contract the should be banned or reported.
Th service I received it was excellent and fast no time was wasted on my claim. Jabu knew what he was doing and everything went well.
