I signed the contract for extended warranty (2022/02/25). I was surprised when I took the car for 120 000 km service, Avis told me that the contract expired ( 2024/01/23). I was chocked because on my contract 1st registered day of the car (2019/10/10). When I called Zelda from Motus select. She sent me the edit contract with my signature and the 1st registration date it’s removed. I was fuming and sent her the original contract. She’s stopped answering my calls. She sent an email referring me to Isuzu Mobility. Even Avis failed to assist me. So which means clearly that’s what they do best ****ming people.
Abuse of power The company gave me run around for over 4months to cancel a contract that had expired more than 3 years ago. They have been referring my calls to cancellation department. They promised to send me cancellation certificate, but they never did.However, they keep loading debit order every month for 4 months now.
