We had a claim with Auto and general, and we were not happy with the outcome of the claim we were advised it would go through the dispute process. I have been making a follow up with the consultants but no response. The only email we received was to acknowledge the email we sent,We had a claim registered in January for water damages.The resultant damages from their service provider advised on something different. On Monday 10/02/2025 i called into the insurance and i spoke to a consultant, i advised the consultant that i am not happy with the report from assess tech and was also not comfortable with their report. Because their reports are never accurate.CLAIM NUMBER 64435284 This is really an inconvenience on our side as we do not have a fridge can someone please attend to this matter as Hayley and Chazlinn are not communicating with us and we are just in the dark
We had a claim with Iwyze. I must say the service is bad even the consultant are not pleasant to speak to, they speak to like they are tired and don't want to assist.. We had a claim registered in January for water damages. 1. The resultant damages from their service provider advised on something different. 2. We were quoted on an incorrect item when we gave the constant the quote that would be similar to what we had she advised to go to the service provider the very same one who quoted incorrect gave an incorrect reason of resultant damages the very same service provider who takes weeks to obtain quotation. We are waiting another week for the finalization of the item another delay it's been a month tackling this whole claim and i must say this claim has been morning but stress. They can never even provider us with an SLA. It's so disappointing the service we get ClaimNumber:1354471
Bonitas is just a rid off, i started with the Bonstart plus, but it was useless i was paying everything myself as if i do not have medical aid then i moved to Bon Select plus thinking it would be better and i would be covered. When i took the cover the consultant that was helping me never advised me of any proration next thing i go to the GP my fee is not fully paid, i go collect medical aid still there are things that they did not pay for i had to pay for myself my last straw was receiving an sms from Ampath advising me that i had to pay for the blood tests as my medical aid did not pay for that. When i call Bonitas i am then told about the PRORATION from the R5000.00 i am suppose to be given they only gave me benefit amount of R1700.00 for all these items lists gp, specialist, acute medicine, xrays blood tests and other.

My partner bought two cars from we buy cars centurion. During sales stage until issuing of the vehicles we were not informed that the cars have not went for road worthy test. When we went for renewal of license discs we were informed that our vehicles have not went for road worthy tests. What is shocking is that one of the vehicles has a dekra sticker. My partner is charged penalities daily and we also do not understand how one of the vehicles have been financed without the dekra report. It is an inconvenience for us as 1. We are getting penalized daily 2. i cannot drive my vehicles as they have no license disc 3. We might get penalized by the JMPD for not having a renewed liscense disc.. PLEASE ADVISE AT YOUR EARLIEST CONVENIENCE
