This is a horrible customer service ever The penal beat submitted my warranty claim last week Friday I've been sending emails to Thuso Sekoala (Michael) since Monday requesting a feedback regarding the claim he hasn't been responding to non of them to date. I've been told the claim takes up to 3 days but I've been calling and doing follow ups with no update on their end my car has been at the penal beat for a week now and the person who's handling my claim isn't giving any feedback regarding the process of claim.

I waited for 3 days for the debi check that they said I'll receive still nothing this month the same thing happened the debit order went through before payday which it bounced back I've been requesting to be called back since in the morning still nothing so it clearly shows they no longer need my money with how things are going now and it's really messing up my credit score 😡 Reply (0)

Last time I made a claim Lettrisha Geldenhuys was very consistent she used to call and email me with any update she had until my vehicle was handed over to the penal beat her service was on 100% I'm very disappointed with the person who is handling my claim now Dinah Mohlala she's not consistent with updates or even responding to my emails, she doesn't call or any I have to call or complain so I can get updates on the 19th she was supposed to give me the an update I'm still waiting I sent her an email still no response.

Now I've made another claim and I'm happy it got approved but the person who was put incharge of the claims Dinah Mohlala is really frustrating me she's not consistent with updates, she never calls I have to call to make a follow up, she doesn't respond to emails on time, I have to complain first so that she can get back to me and she was supposed to give me an update today I'm still waiting, I ended up sending her an email with no response as usual. Honestly I'm starting to get bored.
I was speaking to Obakeng Sibiya she was a darling throughout the call.
I'm honestly tired I've been sending emails that I want to cancel 3 weeks back the developer is even ignoring my emails I don't know how to deal with this matter anymore cause I've given all my reasons and no one is taking me serious since I won't be proceeding with them.
I bought a sim card on Takealot did all the necessary procedures but had no network signal.. I lodged a complain on Thursday and they promised to deliver another sim card within 5 working days as they had a problem with their server. Till today I've been calling with no help I haven't received any delivery and its starting to **** me off.
