Good evening. Been living at the Kemptonian Flats for 20 years. We are robbed monthly with the utilities bill. We are two in the flat, working and our electricity is extremely high. Same with water people rent their flats which is converted to rooms or communes, the water bill is divided by 9 flats per block, and again we have to pay for these tenants. This is our asset, and we dont enjoy living here due to overcrowding, rules not kept. Kids not disciplined with time. Common area is a sports field. Caretaker employed is not discreet, if you send him a sms he takes it to the person and shows them. (Huge problem) in the 20 years living here its going to be 5th management company from 1 January 2020. Our voice is not heard, everything is done in secret by chairman and trustees. Poor maintenance of complex. I am not allowed to water my garden once a week but tenants can wash cars every week. Some units are partioned and again nothing is done. When we send De Lucia an email, they forward to Chairman and Trustees who do nothing, its a joke to them. I was even threatened by a trustee.
