I am still having problems with my internet line from Telkom. I have to lodge complaints every month for no service and keep getting intermittent, sinking and dropping daily all day on my line. I lodged a complaint on the 23/03/2018 and still have not gotten any feed back or service fixed it is a month tomorrow I have escalated it and still nothing . ref no 215CTK ********** 8 escalation no ********** . keep phoning and nothing is being done , I was told today a date was set to have it fixed yesterday well, Hello it's still not fixed. I am paying R1228.96 for nothing. my contract expires in June July 2019 but would like to cancel and I refuse to pay any cancellation cost of the contract. These problems come a long way for more than 3 yrs now. Now I need help. Please help me....... i went to a telkom shop to get my integrated sim and was sent away with no Integrated sim Idiots that is what telkom is
<p>I have had problems of intermittent internet service from Jan 2017 to today. on 4/4/2017 I upgraded to a 4mg line as Chris at Telkom said that's my problem, it will take 3-14 days, well it is now, almost 7 weeks but till today I have not received my new upgrade on 24mnths contract. and I keep phoning only to be told in 3 days. I am fed up with this **** service from telkom. Ref no is ********** 32 nomcebo, Sibusiso, Shanice, Noluphando and Chris all helped me and nothing has happened. I think it is time to cancel my contract with them and go somewhere else....</p>
<p>My son bought a pair of Bronx shoes that cut into his toe we contacted Romano Pasquali, Neil solomons, Marcel Erispe and Brian Sparks all these people played an important role in getting the shoes to Cape Town from Pretoria and replaced the shoes as there was a fault on the shoe. I am so impressed with these people for the amazing way they handled the situation and sorted the problem out .</p> <p>These 4 people deserve an award for great service providers and a pay rise.</p>
