<p>My son bought a pair of Bronx shoes that cut into his toe we contacted Romano Pasquali, Neil solomons, Marcel Erispe and Brian Sparks all these people played an important role in getting the shoes to Cape Town from Pretoria and replaced the shoes as there was a fault on the shoe. I am so impressed with these people for the amazing way they handled the situation and sorted the problem out .</p> <p>These 4 people deserve an award for great service providers and a pay rise.</p>

<p>Bronx boots: I have a pair of Bronx boots that I originally purchased on Zando in April 2016. I contacted Jordan Shoes about the boots as one was shorter than the other one. A replacement pair was sent to me and I donated the reject pair to a less fortunate lady. Not long after I received the replacement pair I contacted them again as the boots (soles) were pulling loose. Once again the shoes were replaced. Now once again the boots are pulling loos like the last pair! In 6 months I have had 1 reject pair and 2 pairs that pull loose. For R699 I expected a proper pair of shoes that would last at least a year. It's shocking that people are robbed of their hard earned money like this. When you think...I would rather stick to a well known name brand...WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. I have lost all respect for BRONX shoes.</p>

I bought two pairs of Rumble shoes, a black and brown pair.<br> Both pairs within a week the valcro on the strap across the foot has come undone and is fraying.<br> I bought the shoes from Famous shoes, the owner swopped one pair and I have not had any problems at all. I still have the black pair that I cannot wear.<br> He says Bronx says they never have a problem and you won't do anything.<br> He also says I should have them fixed at a shoe maker. After spending R400 why do I have to have them fixed?<br> I'm sitting in the middle with a pair of useless shoes.<br> I guess I should stick to what I know which is Hi-Tec<br>

I bought Bronx shoes from Edgars about 4 months ago, and a few months later the sole detached from the upper at the heel area. I don't have the slip anymore, and took a chance by mailing Jordan shoes directly. I was asked for photo's of the problem, and immediately they courier a new pair of shoes.<br> <br> This is what I call service. No mess no fuss. I can only imagine what the excuses at Edgars would have been.<br> <br> Thanks Jordan, there is a lot of South African companies that can learn from you on quick efficient and painless customer service. Keep it up

Emailed pictures of my Bronx leather boots that was pulling loose and Faith Arendse replied within 15 minutes and had my new pair of boots delivered to me within 2 days, at my office. Thanks for the great customer service, you don't get that often these days. Very impressed!!

I recently bought a pair of Bronx shoes and was very disappointed that the sole had split and made the shoes very uncomfortable to wear. I one day decided to email Bronx to let them know what had happened. Immediate response from Marcel was an apology and an offer to replace them. <br> <br> I was speechless.<br> <br> A few days later, my new shoes were couriered to me and it was a newer design which is more comfortable.<br> <br> Thank you to Jordan shoes for displaying excellent care and customer service

After weeks of searching for a pair of Men's Black Bronx shoes (as it is all my husband will wear!) and finding quality issues on the ones I could find in stores, I decided to contact Jordan Shoes directly. After e-mailing and making phone calls, I still was not satisfied with my 'shoe-less situation' . Then I was put into contact with a Mr Neil Solomons at Jordan Shoes, and literally within days I not only received favourable feedback, positive attitude and professionalism, I was also given a waybill no of the brand new pair of shoes on its way to my home address.<br> That is what I call going the extra mile. Well done Neil! and a great pat on the back for Jordan HR who clearly recruits people that understand the huge value of employees looking after their customers. I was on the verge of switching to a different brand of shoe for the man (and son)in my life, but surely won't be buying another brand anymore. Thank you. Natasha- Port Elizabeth
