I have submitted ALL required documentation for my GAP cover claim 10/07/2019. Received my ticket number 2490541 to confirm that my claim has been received. On the documentation & the contract that we entered into it clearly states that you will have to wait 5-7 work days for claims to be paid out. I have now been waiting 25 working days. Every time I call the matter just gets escalated and told that the claim has been approved for payout! So if it's been approved for payout WHY have you not paid??!! I cannot get an answer from anyone and the management staff is simply ignoring this matter
<p>Bronx boots: I have a pair of Bronx boots that I originally purchased on Zando in April 2016. I contacted Jordan Shoes about the boots as one was shorter than the other one. A replacement pair was sent to me and I donated the reject pair to a less fortunate lady. Not long after I received the replacement pair I contacted them again as the boots (soles) were pulling loose. Once again the shoes were replaced. Now once again the boots are pulling loos like the last pair! In 6 months I have had 1 reject pair and 2 pairs that pull loose. For R699 I expected a proper pair of shoes that would last at least a year. It's shocking that people are robbed of their hard earned money like this. When you think...I would rather stick to a well known name brand...WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. I have lost all respect for BRONX shoes.</p>
I keep getting messages from Nudebt with regard to my Autopage Account that's in arrears. Autopage debits my bank account monthly. The last debit order went off end of March 2016. According to my statement my account is paid up to date. I requested statements for January up to date, but receive NO correspondence from Autopage as I want to email/fax these to Nudebt to show that my account is paid up. Please resolve this issue between Nudebt and Autopage. I have been moved over to Glocell as from last month and all monies owed to Autopage has been debited from my account. I have been requesting that you resolve this with Autopage numerous times. This will be my LAST request for you to sort the matter out. I will take further steps against your company as it's clear I a not the only one struggling with you guys...read up on all the complaints you have on Hellopeter.
