I like to thank the Tiger Wheel & Tyre franchise for always having my back and making sure I'm safe on the roads. They are a Discovery Insure preferred provider that offers the appropriate discount depending on your Discovery Vitality drive status. I have dealt with them for a very long time, twenty years give or take from Springfield Park to Umhlanga. The staff have always given me good advice, not only their advice but they show me where the problem is and explain it. Their customer computer data is available at the touch of a button including the payment and discount. Recently, I was told by Bosch Service Umhlanga when I picked up my car from a service that the L/R tie rod ends need replacing. It was a worrying concern as I had taken my car in September to Tiger Wheel & Tyre for Discovery Insure 3 point check. I had a new tyre fitted and wheels balanced. I took my car back to Tiger Wheel & Tyre to double check. The staff remembered I been in and asked why I was back. I explained my concern about the tie rod ends. They very kindly put my car up on the lift and double checked. More than one staff member come and explained there was nothing wrong with the tie rod ends. Thank you Tiger Wheel & Tyre for your help and assistance.
I booked my car in on a Friday for a service at Bosch Service as I am insured with Discovery Insure and they have an initiative which offers a discount. There has been a lot of advertising by Discovery Insure. When I collected my car and paid the bill, the young lady said quote "No, that's not going to happen today". I accepted her reply and paid. The business clearly has all the huge signs displaying Discovery Insure & Vitality initiative. Saturday morning loading my shopping into the boot, my tyre tools had been removed from the wheel well and placed on top the boot cover. I phoned and queried this. The response - "we make sure that our customers spare wheel and tools are in good working order". The answer was acceptable however it was unsettling no car service company has ever removed my tools. At the same time I asked why the front office/relevant staff didn't know how the Discovery Insure payment discount worked. Its very, very clearly displayed on the web. Also, the young lady drew my attention the bottom of the bill. Your L/R tie rod ends need replacing. What a shock! I said I would make the necessary arrangements to bring my car in. I was so pleased with the whole operation. I have used Eezi Move three times and never experienced a bad move. Thank you all for the service.

Read the terms and conditions and policy information and felt confident of making a purchase, which I did. The buying process was straight forward, I got a quick response thanking me for my order. A second response that the shoes were on their way. When I checked the bank transaction it said WWW.PARCELFROMCHINA.CO. The delay in delivery was substantial. Also, there was no contact about the delivery or possible delays. My order when finally delivered was not what I had ordered. The shoes are not in any way health shoes. They are cheap, with incredibly bad finishes and plastic soles. These are marked on their website as sale items. When I queried the product the response was "We accept returns and exchanges. However, as we have checked in the system, you bought these shoes on sale and we have posted on our website that items that are on sale can't be returned." Again, I cannot find anywhere on their website or terms and condition regarding sale item returns. Its left a very bad taste. To be clear I have no issue with buying from China, however Sophies Footwear is misleading to say the least. These are some of their advertising slogans: The shoes are advertised as the comfiest footwear in South Africa. These shoe don't just look amazing! They also provide support for your feet. -Take a step into heaven and enjoy endless comfort for your feet. -Among their benefits, help relieve pain caused by arthritis, swelling, plantar fasciitis, muscle pain, poor circulation, cramps, and above all, they improve foot and arch support incredibly well. -Wear them all day long without having any discomfort.
Discovery Bank have been absolutely great with a dispute I lodged against a purchase I made online. This was not taken lightly. I had scrutinized the website. I had read the suppliers terms and conditions and policy information and felt reasonably comfortable. The transaction was simple enough, however when I checked the bank transaction it was uncomfortable. Also, the delay in delivery was substantial. There was no contact about the delivery or possible delays. Discovery Bank staff member asked for the details, explained the process and what I needed to do. They emailed me the dispute form and asked for as much information as possible, which I supplied. They followed through by email keeping me informed of the most significant details in the process and the final outcome.
Compliments to the Takealot team. Your return process is really simple and easy to follow. I've never really had a problem until recently. I struggled to complete the return process due to connectivity issues in our area. It about two weeks to complete it. Again, without any problems it was done and dusted. I'm a huge supporter is in shopping on Takelot and seldom return items. A big should and a whoop, whoop.
Unsatisfactory Service from Clicks: I ordered my chronic medication on the Clicks app for delivery. The first month was great its now the third month and I have to again collect. Why bother to offer this as a service if you cannot commit.
I was blown away by there professionalism, on time, great staff. The packing for items that needed boxing and in the truck space, awesome.

The worst possible service delivery I have ever experienced. Siyabonga the driver did no pitch He did not answer his phone He chose to charge for a service he did not provide- In fact this is tantamount to theft. You cannot get hold of anyone to sort it out. Absolutely shoddy. Never again, I will never recommend your service, and I will never use your service either.
