<p>I renewed my contract in December and was supposed to get 10gb data. This has not happened to date and after spending lots of time and being very patient, 3 months later, still nothing nor any feedback even though it was promised many times</p>
<p>Since the 1st of March 2017, my mobile wifi did not get it's allocated data and still nothing to date. I have made numerous calls to telkom, waiting on average 15-20 minutes before someone helps me only to be told they will escalate the query as they cannot help me. There was 1 attempt to contact me with feedback, however I was unavailable and no voice message was left. When I called back, the person I spoke to had no idea what was happening and said someone would call me back. I advised to get them to email me and have since had no feedback at all.</p>
<p>I took a data contract with a Huawei device in March 2016 and was immediately billed but the device was not delivered till April and that happened only after complaining on Hellopeter. I have called and queried getting refunded for March and was given very confusing and contradictory responses every time but nobody actually did anything. After all my calls, only 1 actual case was logged, they tried calling me once after some time and when I was not available, the case was just closed. Following that the next 2 agents said they must get the first one to sort it out. This shows a total lack of ownership and customer focus. The one instance, the agent said she will cc her manager, he/she must be pretty useless too as nothing happened from that.</p> <p>6 months later....</p> <p>Today i spoke to Thendanani Mthethwa who did not listen to anything I had to say, showed very poor conduct and when I asked to speak to a manager a few times, he actually asnwered with just a straight NO!!!!! He insists they are not available and he must deal with it, even though he did not understand what he was asked to do.</p> <p> </p> <p>He then put me on hold after 14 minutes into the call, for 5 minutes, only for me to have to explain everything to a supervisor named Levi Makena who promised to call me back immediately when the call had reached 24 minutes. This didn't happen.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone who actually does what they get paid to do, even if it is a cleaner, get this resolved because I cannot accept that i have to deal with this disgusting service every time I contact Telkom.</p>
Hi. I signed up telephonically for your R99 5gb mifi special. It's been 3 weeks and my money was debited immediately but I have not been contacted to have my device delivered. I called your contact center and was promised a return call and nothing twice. Please resolve this asap.
I have a torch which is supplied by cape union. Sadly the screw on cover has broken, which seems to be common for this model from my online reading. I have emailed them once and was told to go to a store to get it ordered. When I eventually got to the Sandton branch, the guys weren't too keen on helping and told me that I must pay R100 for them to send it to cape town to be sorted out. They did not offer any further assistance. On the 21st August, I sent another email for assistance. I have had no reply to date. I tried calling and was prompted to leave a voice mail, its been a couple of weeks with no reply. I called again today, the lady transferred me to a line which nobody answers 3 times, then she stopped answering the main switchboard as well. Its quite clear that nobody is really interested in customer service at cape union mart.<br> <br> All I want is to repair my LED Lenser L7 torch with a new screw on back cover and I am getting no help here
I recently bought a pair of Bronx shoes and was very disappointed that the sole had split and made the shoes very uncomfortable to wear. I one day decided to email Bronx to let them know what had happened. Immediate response from Marcel was an apology and an offer to replace them. <br> <br> I was speechless.<br> <br> A few days later, my new shoes were couriered to me and it was a newer design which is more comfortable.<br> <br> Thank you to Jordan shoes for displaying excellent care and customer service
I called in to miway to get a quote for car insurance, did the entire process and eventually reached the end where I asked for a quote. The consultant, Mohammed Essa, I believe is his name, suddenly became forceful to activate the policy as that would mean he would earn a commission. I explained that I just needed a quote but he kept insisting that it's better to activate the policy. after refusing 3 times, he called 3 more times to follow up and try to get me to sign up within the next 24 hours. I called in and spoke to a wandile for info regarding the R1000 offer as my insurance had given me a lower premium and he never bothered to return my call. This morning I received another call, which is supposed to be a follow up call, from a \senior"advisor who wouldn't give me a chance to speak and kept interrupting me as I tried to speak. I then get a system email asking me to rate the service and the website for the survey doesn't work.<br> <br> I'm very glad I'm not a customer of miway since all their staff seem to be from the same school of rudeness"""
