Still waiting on delivery for order placed on Monday, 26 November 2018 before 11am. No update on status of order - remains "processing". 8th working day today and when the order was placed they said delivery in 3-5 working days. Nobody answers the phones or responds to emails or facebook messages. NOT IMPRESSED!
Emailed pictures of my Bronx leather boots that was pulling loose and Faith Arendse replied within 15 minutes and had my new pair of boots delivered to me within 2 days, at my office. Thanks for the great customer service, you don't get that often these days. Very impressed!!
Placed order on 26 July 2015 via online store. Got an email to state that the items were out of stock and could not be delivered. Requested an \immediate refund"and sent numerous emails to the refund department (Zainab Samuels)"
Placed an order on Sunday, 26 July 2015, but received an email on Friday, 31 July 2015 stating the following: \Dear xxx
Got told that we will have to wait at least 20 minutes for chicken through drive thru! That after waiting for 10minutes behind the single car in front of us in the drive thru... the cashier seemed to have a hearing problem or maybe just preferred to pretend not to hear the customers. Useless kfc, always an issue when we go there, this was definitely the last time. Previous time they had no chicken at all! They definitely give kfc a bad name.
