I found a deficiency in a new pair of Bronx shoes. i sent a photo of the problem to Bronx and got a response the same day. They acknowledged the problem and replaced the shoes promptly with a very nice alternative.<br> What impressed me was the promptness of the reaction and the way in which they kept me informed throughout the process. <br> Obviously i appreciate the shoes which are great.<br> My first email regarding these shoes was om the 8th of December and i am wearing the replacements now.
A telephone pole is falling down in our garden, it has broken our wall and threatening our thatched Lapa. I have reported this repeatedly. when I go into the branch at both the Glen and the Mall of The South the assistant cant be bothered or is unable to log the complaint but refers me to an automated complaint logging system which does not allow you to specify the problem. <br> I have phoned the customer care line, which is free from the broken landline, and met an automated system. when I eventually reach a human they promise to take care of it but nothing has happened. they just send me reference numbers.<br>
