In one month I was given three times the wrong receipt. The staff enter items on your receipt that is not in your basket. The last item was Paprika for R147. Please customer check your receipt. 3 Times is not by accident. This shop and its staff do not deserve our loyalty!
<p>Three weeks ago I bought a set of suitcases, received it and were quite happy with my first purchase via internet. I flew to Cape Town with my new suitcase and brand new code I entered, happy that my luggage will be saved. Low and behold the second time I locked the suitcase I travelled to a friend at Brackenfell after I spent a few days with my daughter in Sea Point. 2 O clock that night when I tried to open my suitcase with the new code it was to no avail as the lock did not open. I was forced to use pliars and thankfully I could get inside. When I came back from holiday I immediately informed customer care and to my utmost dissappointment they informed me that I should have looked for a computer at 2 O clock at night and contacted the supplier so that they could tell me how to go about. They are not willing to replace the suitcase and do not take responsibility for the faulty lock as I have damaged the lock with the pliers.</p> <p>I find the solution they offered very very annoying. Possible clients be aware of purchases through Groupon! </p>
