I've got a question for you? One of my friends started a training centre. He started building his training centre in 2020. Did all accreditations. Costed him a lot of money. Never the less he is now training students for almost 7 months now. He is battling to get paid. Students struggling because their Stipant is not getting paid. Friend struggling because he is struggling to pay moderators and keep up to date with the modules. Also arraging and paying for students accomodation Ceta's excuse is, is their understaffed. Really????? Is this the way CETA is doing business by pushing their contractors to breaking point. I had to borrow him money just to meet his monthly obligations. Not fair on you CETA. If this individual goes bankrupt of you I promissed him I will help him by making this known to the public
When enrolling my child this year via their online system we changed one of her subjects to another. Way before class started. Ever since school has started the subject was not changed and even her teacher was informed about this. Now according to Teneo it is to late to change even though we did it way in advance. Teneo is emplementing too many changes to their platform and this brings confusion to both student and child. There is no number you can phone, just whatssup which is being handled by a robot or an online support system that keeps sending you the same message. Tried phoning your phone numbers.... That is a waste of time. We have been loyal customers recommending our friends and family to you. Shame on you Teneo.
I have the worst experience with this provider. I had it installed on my farm to be able to work when I am there. I had it installed 6 months ago and everytime I went to the farm the system is not working. Response time they claim is 48hours. But in fact it is more like two weeks. I must admit that there is some individuals that is really trying their best. But overall it has let me down to many times now.
