FALSE BUSINESS.
Ordered an item from this store, placed and paid on 10-11-2024. No update, no communication, no response to several attempts at reaching the store. At this stage, it seems they took the money and made haste. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

ARROGANT, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL
Client with them since 2007, when it was only Matrix tracker. Horrible service received from a Romain, requested to escalate the matter to management, thereafter she got rude, and dropped the call. I requested a technician to repair my faulty device, they did not even have one available, 1st open spot is a week later, I explained the complications of driving a high risk vehicle without a working tracker, Roam simply said no comment. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful. I am STILL waiting to cancel my agreement with them. 0 Response.

Misleading Info
Wish I checked HelloPeter before ordering. Misleading website. Watch received without a manual or charger (No where is it mentioned it does not come with a charger, checked on accessories page, listed as EXTRA charger available, extra meaning another, additional. Ie cant have an extra if you dont have 1 to start with. 0 Response on mail, and no charger in stock for ladies pro. Pathetic store with misleading information. Stay Away

Worst ISP experience
3 Weeks we are battling to get our slow internet speed fixed, Ryan assured us it will be fixed, he told us he will personally be involved this matter, if you don't email him or supersonic they will not let you know what is going on. 3 weeks, they do not give us service, not adhering to their contract, not following through with their side of the agreement, stay away from supersonic fiber, they are the worst ISP in South-Africa
