FNB Homeloans
I have made use of the FNB private clients service to apply for my new Home loan, the application was submitted with all the other institutions by 15 August. Up until now I have had no feedback, I have consistently followed up with my private banker that never returned my call but he advised that he will do every time I called him, but that never happened. I have received quotes from all the other Financial institutions and I have also sent this on to my assigned private banker. So FNB, I have done most of the work on this occasion but non the less I have had a big fat no thanks to your business from my Own BANK. I have banked with FNB for over 25 years now, this is truly a slap in the face.
