I logged a call yesterday morning to report that I need a roll back to get my car to the dealership as there was a mechanical problem. Within a few minutes I received a confirmation message saying that the roll back was booked, thereafter a message with the company and vehicle registration of the roll back. Within 30 minutes of logging my call the roll back arrived. Great service from Wesbank and the towing company (Cape Road Assist). Thank you!
Thank you so much to Cape Road Assist. They were at the scene within 30 minutes me logging the call to my insurance. Very professional. I received a phone call to say that the driver was on the way and he arrived less than 10 minutes after that. Nathan (the driver) provided excellent service. He was quick, efficient and extremely professional. He even updated me to say that my car was safely at the garage. Thank you for taking the stress out of what could've been a terrible experience. I truly appreciate your great service. Nathan is a star!
<p>My client got a bond at Standard Bank on 24.08.2016. We have still not received a proceed from Standard Bank. </p> <p> </p> <p>We get told that we need to refer our buyers to Standard Bank, why? So that our client can wait TWO MONTHS for a proceed? This is completely unacceptable. </p>
