Two pot nightmare I submit my two pot withdrawal on the 1st of March via the app of yhe amount of R30000. I've been waiting 2 weeks for payout, I only revived the payout on the 14th of March for only R7280 after taxes I still have a remainder of R19k in my two pot savings. They just gave me what they wanted. This fund is so bad when it comes to making payments. Its a nightmare dealing with these people and they dont reply to any emails or phone calls
They are the worst ISP, they don't make contact with clients, my internet have been off for 9 days and they still didn't come back to me to fix and the only answer I get is I have to wait... The bill have been paid and never skipped a month or was late... They just don't care about a customer... There partner Frogfoot is just don't care...
On 12/06/2019 one of their clients Mr D C Roodt cause a 3 car accident, he except full responsibility for the accident. From that day I made numerous phone calls and visits at there offices in cape town where I was told that a Ms Ilsa Marius are handling the case. Up until today nobody of Europcar hire contacted me and my vehicle is still standing at the Panel shop waiting to be accessed by one of there agents. The people of Europcar don't come in contact they refuse to call back and they have very bad service in trying to resolve this accident damage that was caused by there client.
I bought samsung products in 2016 with the vouchers that expires on the 31st July 2018.when trying to book it on line it never goes through. I then phoned Protea hotel head office which informed me that you can book months in advance you need to book exactly 28 days in advance on the day that you need to arrive at the hotel. Samsung email me the code that expires 30th June 2018 which is a month before the expiring date of 31st July 2018 , When I want to make my booking on the 3rd of July 2018 the voucher expired. When I call Samsung I spoke to Wasiela and said I took upon myself to phone and they cant give me a voucher till the end of July cuase I took to long to use it. Although I explained to her that Protea hotel doesn't take bookings in advance she was adamant that it's my own fault for not use it and waited so long to be use so they want give my another voucher till the end of July 2018...
