Worst day! Flight cancelled 3 times! No customer care. You have the monopoly from Kimberley to Johannesburg; therefore, you don't care about your customers! Disgusting service, Airlink. Time is money in the real world, and people have connecting flights. You need competition because you simply don't care! No complimentary drinks for this inconvenience? Your insincere apology means nothing.
Pickofords do not even deserve 1 star. The service promised by Mr Reggie Moodley was disappointing, to say the least. The relocation was from Pretoria to Kimberley over December 2024—unprofessional staff, who took their time to pack up the house. Then the next day, everything was a rush. Unaccounted boxes, damaged furniture, bed brackets lost, etc. No unpacking of glassware was done in Kimeberley, which was allegedly part of the quote and service. Never use Pickfords. Mr Moodley promised excellent service and failed to deliver. Since our claim fell outside their 7-day period, they refuse to honour the claim. Impossible to unpack boxes within 7 days, especially over the December period. Pickfords and your insurance underwriters, you should hang your heads in shame! To squibble over a payout of a few thousand rands and let your name fall in disgrace says a lot about your company and the lack of respect and ethics.

Poor service at PEP Home Centurion Ryneveld. I tried to send a parcel through Paxi and received a mouthful from Lucy, informing me it was my responsibility to know the Paxi Number. Yet, I have given the name of the PEP Store where I want the parcel to be delivered to. Awful customer care, and I received aggressive rude feedback from Lucy, who was sitting on the chair, giving me a lecture. Please PEP STORES, and train your staff to be more respectful and helpful. I feel completely violated and disgruntled.
Poor service and no assistance were offered by any worker at the builders' warehouse. My loyalty card does not work when it is swiped, it only works when the cashier punches in my member number manually. Poor service at Castle Gate Mall. Yet security is quick to check your till slip.
The worst service ever! Never use this company to fix your appliances. The repair man, Alex refused to listen to me when I messaged about the fridge repair which was not good. He came out again, telling me my fridge was cold enough. Yet my dairy products going off. I am getting a host of excuses and NO SERVICE! Appliance man do not even deserve 1 star rating. They are the worst people to repair appliances STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! If only I had read the reviews on HELLOPETER before contacting them.
The service received at the Department of Home Affairs, Centurion Branch has delivered exceptional service. The help and guidance received from staff at the Centurion Branch were exceptional from the application process to the collection of the passports.
There is NO service and zero customer care at McDonald's Belhar, Corner Robert Sobukwe, Amandel Rd, Belhar 7, Cape Town, 7493. The manager on duty, Joel was patronizing and made many excuses regarding the poor breakfast service.

My husband took out a contract with Vodacom for our daughters about 5 years ago. He has tried many times to cancel the contract. He was told by the shop assistants at Vodacom that he can only cancel the contract by phoning Vodacom, which he has done numerous times. He is still being billed for these two contracts. In fact, whilst trying to cancel these contracts the agents refuse to cancel the contracts. Can Vodacom please help solve this dilemma?
