Terrible Service from Standard bank Trust
I would like to get assistance or closure on my father's late estate. I have been in a terrible battle with standard bank trust, who was appointed by my late father to be the executor of his estate and His will is with standard bank trust. under the leadership of Silma Hamdulay contact number 021 4012259, email address Silma.hamdulay@standardbank.co.za. we were appointed an administrator named Warthieya Gamba contact number 021 401 2154, email address Warthieya.gamba@standardbank.co.za. both these standard bank employees have failed my family by handling something my father trusted them with. we continue suffering while the Executor fee due to standard bank increases to benefit them. I am not satisfied With the manner in which my late father’s estate has been handled thus far. its two years now and we are still begging them to give us a simple update. for me to obtain any direction or updates regarding the winding up of the estate at hand, I must be the one making the initiative first. like now I have to wait for them to respond to an email to fix the Liquidation and distribution account. I have been experiencing difficulties with standard bank from the time I made them aware of the passing of my late father on the 06th of July 2020. Nothing has really been smooth with this matter unless I push them for an update. I keep sending emails but no response < the last response I got from Silma was the Auto out of office response for him to return to work on 04 May 2022, till to date its like I am talking to a Ghost. I will go to every length to make sure we get the assistance that we need. I have escalated the Matter to Valerie Vanster who is the head of the escalations department but even that did not make this matter easy for us.
