Been a Hyundai client for about 18 years. Never ever have a received such pathetic service. Bought a brand new Hyundai Tuscan 2.0 A/T in 2023 not even 28000KM on the clock. Raised fuel comsumption display issues with a representative in March 2025. In October engine light went on informed them went for service in November no feedback took it back in December to be informed these vehicles have been recalled and they only recall when the issue happens. Its 1 week later no courtesy vehicle, no feedback on my vehicle no authorisation from there own internal department to repair. It's confirmed a factory faulty the delay to repair is ridiculous knowing all the communication prior was indication for an earlier recall. The poor staff requests support for calls to management to try to assist me. Hyundai has lost my faith in them totally...
<p>I have gone through a very emotional and finacially draining seperation and then divorce over the last 2 years. I basically solely support myself and my 2 children under 5. Since my seperation I was due to financial reasons move out and rent my home and move in with my parents. Their home is fully furnished with 3 televisions which they have TV licences for. My furniture unfortuntely had to go to a storage company till I could financially move back home. Since 2014 I have received numerous request to pay my tv licence I had informed them of my situation in which they requested I put it in writing please note I have kept all my records. I then received more sms's in which I then called again and was told no I needs to give an affidavid which I obliged them with.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also please note I stated clearly once I move back home I will re-instate the licence as that is my responsiblity to pay once I utilise the licence for the intended use.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then received a letter stating I needed a letter from the storage company. This was not only more time but totally embarrasing as to the storage company this was very unconvetional I then again obliged then after harrasing the storage company they rumaged through my stuff and wrote the letter under serious duress from me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now Im getting legal action letters... I speak to incompent orerators that cant answer and cant transfer me to anyone accountable to make decision. Ive reached a point where I will seek my own legal opinion on this matter and see who pays who's legal fees.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have had enough....</p>
