Two weeks of intermittent fibre internet in my complex and Rynfield suburb and countless calls, emails and live chats with Vox to report issue. A different answer almost every time, from denial, acknowledgement, individual problem, and promises to escalate and resolve. Confused companies. No action.
Last week I searched the Tekkietown stores in East Rand Mall and Lakeside Mall for men's size 11 Adidas Breaknet sneakers in black and white, but they did not have my size. I later searched various online shopping sites which offered these sneakers in youth 11K and adult 11. I found a pair of 11s at Tekkietown for the great price of R699, and I made sure that these were not 11K, nor youth size sneakers. There was/is no mention of this on the webpage. I ordered them, paid, and checked my confirmation email that these were actually adult size 11s. A few days later the sneakers arrive by courier, and to my disappointment they were tiny 11Ks. I immediately emailed a complaint to Tekkietown customer service, and had an immediate response by email and a phone call from 'Grey'- from their call centre. He was very efficient, courteous and helpful in all my subsequent contact with him. He gave me some options wrt a refund, courier collection, and exchange at a Tekkietown store. So yesterday I drive 30mins to the Carnival Mall Tekkietown store, and the helpful cashier confirms they have no actual store stock of size 11s, and unortunately they do not have cash to refund me. So the trip was a waste. I complained to the call centre, and Grey found me a size 11 pair at Festival mall in Kempton. Park, but that I would have to pay the R200 top-up as those sneakers were priced at R899. I decided that I had enough of those sneakers and Tekkietown and requested that their courier collect the youth 11K sneakers from my home, and that I eventually be refunded. I did state that I would be prepared to accept a pair of size adult 11s but at the advertised price of R699, which was refused. I took screenshots of the various Tekkietown webpages offering the 'adult' shoes at R699. False advertising?
<p>I ordered a dog collar in September. 5 weeks later nothing. Had many emails telling me to track with Aramex. Item was collected by GUSTAV on 28 Sept. I still get emails promising next day delivery. I have nothing. 084 contaCT number does not work.</p> <p>Can anyone supply an address or phone number for these thieves??</p> <p> </p>
