I have home owners insurance with Standard Bank and would like to submit a new claim. After 35minutes on the phone to the call centre, my call was still not answered. I want to now cancel my policy and rather use a different insurer, but to do that I have to phone the same non functioning useless call centre! Unacceptable Standard Bank!!
Mrs van Zyl is the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. I requested to collect my cat early. This was outside of their normal working hours so I would have understood if this request was denied but the utter rudeness and unprofessionalism with which I was treated cannot be excused. They run a cash only business, and I was treated like a criminal for rather transferring the funds, Mrs van Zyl implying that I am the type of person that will reverse the payment. There was hidden costs charged and my cat came back thin and with a big scratch on her nose. I was not informed that my cat wasn't eating, and was rudely informed before her stay that we are not allowed to enquire about her. Do not use this kennel!!
<p>We received terrible customer service from Toys R Us in Atterbury Value Mart. We wanted to exchange a playgym as we received exactly the same one at a baby shower. I did not have the original tillslip, but I did have the speedpoint slip that served as a proof of purchase. The manager, Roelf Roux, refused to help us or accomodate us in any way. He was rude and disrespectful towards us. All the other shops were willing to exchange doubles that we received at a baby shower for us, except Toys R Us. I will never shop here again. </p>
