Total incompetence
<p>So after instructing the telkom guy to tone out the existing cable that has exchange tone on it and rejumper on to the new port .the guy changes the wall jack swops the pairs spends half the day trying to get the cable to the exchange.can't get into properties .and has now disappeared while waiting for a senior .this job could have been done in 30 min .and so much for my newly painted wall </p>
