Terrible service. Tried to change my one subscription to a different product. I made multiple calls. After all the verifications I was either transferred multiple times and then told someone will call me back (which they did not), cut off (no call back), or they tried to transfer me and then the line just went silent. No matter what you say or who you talk to - no result. Don't even try the online chat thing - wait for hours for a reply and then they close the chat if you miss them finally being online.
Just signed up with Dotsure by D’Angelo Whyte. Great experience. Let's see how they are by the time we get to claims etc :-)
Great service in response to delivery issues caused by my local post office. 5 star treatment.
I keep receiving spam marketing SMSes. Only way to unsubscribe is to unsubscribe from the individual message. They just keep coming.
I have paid a deposit for a ring and I am now not getting any response. Have I lost all my money?
Second time receiving poor service from them. Last time they did not even clean the broken glass on the inside of the vehicle, this time, arrogant and unprofessional treatment.
Great service with my claim despite my own tardiness. Sorting out of queries around the claim and also recovering the excess from the other party.
I have received only the best service from Honda in Durban Road. Cathrine sold us a Jazz 1.5 last year. She did a great job in getting us to put pen to paper and we haven't looked back. Great experience. (Great car too.) Adel was my service consultant when I booked in the vehicle for the first service. I really enjoyed the experience and would have given her 5 stars even before she went the extra mile to help me with transport. Had a great chat with Jonathan, the driver, too. You can see that service is very important to them and I would gladly refer anyone to them.
