My internet sim card has not been working since the 29th of March 2023, of which March was paid for end of February. My account was then deducted of the payment for April 2024 and yet my sim card is not working. When i texted on WhatsApp i was advised that i will need to repay a R200 reconnection fee because of the late payment. I advised the lady that i will not be paying a reconnection fee, and this was before my account was deducted. I need my sim card connected as soon as possible or my money paid back to my account as soon as possible. I work from home this is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!! I have been sending whatsapp's the whole morning no one is responding.
Booked flight tickets for myself and 8 months son on flight site, They confirmed the booking only to find out when i got to the airport that my son couldn't board because there was a maximum number of infants on the plane and it said so when Flight site confirmed the booking but i get they didn't read that part. I couldn't board my flight and leave my child behind, i had to make other arrangement to travel from Eastern Cape to Gauteng with a child which took us 12 full hour. I missed work the following day because of that. Coming to my refund they told me it would take 6-8 weeks for the account to reflect in my account after a lot of emails to Flight sight the lady responding was just plain rude. The 6-8 weeks passed then she tells me the refund will be done once the airline refunds them of which she cannot say when. This is seriously frustrating as i paid a lot of money for those tickets and it can go a long way with my responsibilities at the moment.
