My internet sim card has not been working since the 29th of March 2023, of which March was paid for end of February. My account was then deducted of the payment for April 2024 and yet my sim card is not working. When i texted on WhatsApp i was advised that i will need to repay a R200 reconnection fee because of the late payment. I advised the lady that i will not be paying a reconnection fee, and this was before my account was deducted. I need my sim card connected as soon as possible or my money paid back to my account as soon as possible. I work from home this is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!!! I have been sending whatsapp's the whole morning no one is responding.

On the 29th of February 2024 around 19h45 i noticed that i do not have coverage/network on my sim card, i thought maybe it's a signal problem within my area as it does happen like that most of the time and it gets connected again. On the morning of friday the 1st of March 2024 I contacted your whatsapp number 060 096 2946 to enquire why my line is not working. the person i spoke to advised me that my debit order was not honored on the 28th of February 2024 and i told him/her that no attempt to debit was done towards my bank account and instead the deduction went through successful on the 01/03/2024. i then asked why my line was suspended without me been notified in 24hours and he said its because of that outstanding payment. I asked when my line will be reactivated he advised that it will beb done within 72hours, i asked him why am i been penalised for something which is not my fault, the he advised me that i failed to contact them on the 28th when the debit order wasnot done. I told him that i made follow-up 3 times and i was told that my debit date hs been changed to the 28th and to approve that i will be sent a link of which i didnt get, he didnt wanna listen to me. i advised him that the service im getitng from 247online is worse that rain. For me saying that he went ahead and cancelled my line and dvosed that i will be refunded on saturday 03/02/2024 for the amount debited from my bank account, i told him i dont reminder requesting for my line to be cancelled, then he said he used his discression to deactivate it completely because of the comment i said about the competitor. Then i got a call from Mel whom i believe is the same person i was communicating with on whatsapp and advised me that payfast will refund me on saturday of which i havent received the refund. can i please have my R299 before end of business today as you decided to cancel my contract and go get myself data line somewhere. your employees dont care about customers, always blaming us and dont want to listern to our side of the story.

The worst!!! Poor communication, none actually. Unless you bother communicating with them. Failed to honor their promises of delivering in 5 days or less. A week after with no delivery, end up cancelling my order after lies of not finding my address on GPS. They didn't even refund my upfront payment. Don't waste your time and money!

Signed on for the R8.00 option to keep my email address I had with I Burst. Cancelled by phone in October 2017 had confirmation from Omphile. Since then every month a debit order get taken from my account for different amounts and on different dates. E-mail dont get answered. Dont sign up with this disreputable company

Shocking, I suggest you dont join this company. They are forever having problems with their servers so i have been struggling for nearly a month with sending emails. Signed a contract with them to keep my email address and it was only R8p/m and suddenly they just decide to subtract R60 p/m for me to keep my own email address. Want to get out of this contract so badly, was with iburst for over 12 years and never had this problem.

To that my experience is terrible would bean understatement. I have had nothing but disappointment ever-since i-burst(your bubble) handed over their email hosting to a fly-by-night company that was set up a day before i-burst decided to stop hosting email addresses. I have never experienced such unprofessional service or arrogance as i have with 247offline. There always is a problem with either receiving or sending emails, you can never get through to the help-desk as it transfers and then the line dies. As for the billing department that is another nightmare, I signed a debit order for the monthly charges to be deducted by the 27th but to my shock and dismay I was rudely awakened in the new year (2018) with a deduction of over R400.00, when my wife finally managed to get through to the accounts department she was informed that 247offline had a problem with the debit orders for over 4(FOUR) months and therefore decided to deduct the entire amount at the end of the 4(FOUR) month period. If only i could keep my email address if i were to migrate to another internet provider I would do it at a blink of an eye and cancel my contract with i-burst(after nine years) and kick 247 OFF THE FIELD.

FRAUD USING MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT\ On the 12th July 2017 at 02:005 AM, a crimminal took 4x R500 + 1x R 260 from my Creditcard account a total of R2660,= to get free data. It is not difficult where this has been done, M*payD MTN Eazi Recharge Fairland.New Creditcard and refund from Fraudline Standard Bank. My computer has been hacked. Phoned 247online and got Byron on the phone.I explained the situation and told him to delete my account, as the crimminal is still using ********** account. He understood the situation and promissed to delete my account (a direct voice to voice is also a legal agreement!). Now I get messages on my cellphone ( ********** 788) telling that you updated the accounts and even gave a password to get connected. On the 12th of December 2017 an ammount of R174 is taken of my debit account, illigal as I should by now not have any account at 247 Online. I went to the Standard Bank and got it refunded. On the 12 of January 2018 an amount of R234 has been taken of my debit account, illigal as I don't have any account at 247 Online. Tried to phone about 12 times for 20 minutes,no succes. No email possible as this get bounced. Can you at least have the decency to call my on ********** or land line ********** and get this situation sorted out and my personal details deleted.
