I received a notice to renew my TV licence, as in previous years went to the payment page for which my password was saved . it asked for the captcha to be filled in before continuing . No matter how many times I tried, it just did not accept the input. I eventually just gave up
Contract signed 16|04|23 ,Radio link installed 09|05|23. Unfortunately the technicion wrongly connected the powersupply by connecting the panel to the mains supply, thereby blowing the panel when the electricty was switched on after loadshedding. Finally on the 29th May a very efficiant and knowlegeable technician rectified the mistake in the power-supply wiring and installed a new panel. Everything is now working finally. I highly recommend the technician that did a excellent job.
I have in my house an alarm system that has been unconnected since I moved into this house two and a half years ago. On the 16th of march I signed a contract for installation and reconnection. On the 9th of May finally a technician finally arrived and installed a sender unit. As there was no battery, he took his own battery with when he left. the next day I bought and connected connected a new battery. when I switched on the power, something blew in the control box and there was a smell of insulation burning. I informed the lady that sold me the contract ,and she promised that a technician will be sent out. At the time of first installation there was load-shedding so the unit could not be tested with power. Today, 8 days later I received a call informing me that a technician will be sent and I would be charged a call out fee. I find this totally unacceptable.

bought a washing machine from tafelberg furnishers in march. the glass of the door unexplicitly broke, during the night when nobody was using it. first of June reported to tafelberg furnishers. Very helpful lady reported it to AEG and their responce was that a technician from JD Hersteldienste would contact me within 24 hours.6th of june again called Tafelberg furnishers as nobody had contacted me by then. Same kind lady explained that they are waiting for spares. Up to today nothing.
Signed on for the R8.00 option to keep my email address I had with I Burst. Cancelled by phone in October 2017 had confirmation from Omphile. Since then every month a debit order get taken from my account for different amounts and on different dates. E-mail dont get answered. Dont sign up with this disreputable company

Eventually after the third telephone call a person actually took all the details and requesting I email various statements. In total I sent 8 emails with attachments of the documennts required. The first email from FNB requested 3 month bank statements. which I sent. Then the next 4 emails from them said the bank statements are missing a few pages, which were duly sent. Not forgetting that the bank charges you R6.00 for each staement. Eventually on the 8th of december I received email saying 'statement is outdated' even though the last statement went up to the 7th of december. Up to now still no reply or credit card.</p>
Finally received goods on 1st April Since ordered on the 7th of march. Till delivered, no feedback either to phone calls or to e-mail, but quick enough to respond to complaint on Hello Peter with e-mail: Kindly remove Hello Peter review \Goods Not Received\". This statement is untrue We wish to remove any opportunity where you may be held liable if Seasons Telecom suffers a loss of income or potential loss of income in the future.<br> <br> What a way to attract customers."
Ordered a modem from their website where it is promised that goods would be delivered within 2 or 3 days.<br> Order placed on the 7th of March 2016. Up to date nothing has been delivered. Telephone calls not answered and not returned. E-mails not replied to. Suspect this is a scam operation. Beware
Downloaded windows 10 starting 23.30 the evening to take advantage of after hours rates finished downloading 7 hours later. Updates took another 3 hours. Usb modem not working after update. Tried phoning technical support. After 18 minutes still no answer, only annoying music. No driver updates on their website, they are still stuck on windows xP and Vista.
