This is the 3rd week that I do not have fibre connection - there is a suspension on account. Had ADSL line which was not effective. Telkom changed it to fibre when we complain. Now there are no connection. We logged a fault, but to date nothing and nobody helping us to get going. when trying to call the 10210 10213 10219 number not available at this moment. Eventually got through to billing and the lady (very helpful) assist and said no reason for suspension. But up to today no suspension lifted and no fibre (internet) Bad bad service. Quick to sell, but after service not at all
<p>Working for Government (Dept of Higher Education & Training) sometimes mean you have to make or change reservations at short notice.. never cancell as will definitely use it within a months time.</p> <p>Unfortunately Afrique Boutique Hotel take money but if you want to postpone the date for staying ( 3 people for 2 nights @R8800 in total) you have to pay as you are not allowe to change reservation dates.</p> <p>Thank you Afrique Boutique Hotel for taking Government money -----we will never waste Government money by making use of your Boutique Hotel.</p> <p> </p>
