ADT is the worst !!!! So sorry I moved over to them!
This is not the first time that I am having this issue with ADT ... we promis the best service my left long!!!! Alarm goes off at 20:30 and at 21:10 nothing, nobody!!!!! I had to call their emergancy line twice just to be put on hold because they dont know where the driver is !!! Sorry did I just hear them right ?? Is that not what i am paying for ? They call back at 21:13 saying the guy is at the main gate ... I open the gate just to find he is at the wrong estate this is the most useless service I have ever had ... i am so mad at myself for moving away from my last security service. It is now 21:19 and the guy could finally get to the right estate ... Thanks ADT I feel soo safe!

Worst freaking service I have ever experienced!!!!!
I tried calling the number on their websit since Thursday 09/11/2017, i eventually got hold of a guy on a cellphone and he told me ro send him a whasapp and he will respond... Friday afternoon I tried calling again no response and no bladdy body who could help me.... I replied on the whatsapp saying is there anybody who can help me I need urgent assistance. A lady sends me a other number and says I should call him... call this Deon guy no answer ????? Whatsapp him, he reads he message and no reply!!! You have got to be ****ting me? ? ? I whatsapp her Sunday afternoon saying that I found what I was looking for elsewhere and that the do not need to bother, the cheeeeeek replies to me ans says I need to please myself and that I am a drama Queen? Like who the hell do these people think they are!!!! Never ever willl I recommend them to anybody ever never!!!!!!!!

Best game lodge by far!!!
We had our anniversary weekend with them and I will most likely mentioned them to anyone. Barbara went the ekstra mile and she and Danelle are a true blessing for Bona Bona!!! Well done !!

Worst service ever!!!
<p>I have tried to contact the client service line to assist with a NEW application. Since 4 Oct 2016 after emails and phone calls there is not one person who can assist me or even reply to an email !!! Do you guys not want new customers ??? </p> <p> </p> <p>This is why we moving to a medical aid who actually talks to me !!!!!! </p>
