First I was so impressed with there service, ordered and paid for 2 Wendy houses to be erected on my property, this all went smoothly. Now 5 months later 2/3 panels close to the roof pitch has 5 cracks, there guarantee stated : 12 months guarantee parts & services, no questions asked. I have been told to contact the installer direct to obtain a quote for repairs. I then stated but this should fall under the guarantee, now for 2 days I keep getting the response from them stating they will speak to the installer, which is only available in the mornings, but yet no repairs set? So just be aware there after service is not as stated on there website or documents.
<p>I have been battling with Telkom to fix my LTE, as I have been running on speeds for LTE from 1 - 3 Mbos, and sometimes even drops below 1. Have called and spoken to CT call centre manager (Zano), whom never got back to me after he promised. The went to Cresta branch to speak to Manager (Ifraan), whom had no time for me, but sent me to a consultant to take my details on an email and forward it to him, now again a week later, after 2 months after battling, pleading, begging nothing has been fixed. We at least after 2 months got a Technician to come and check to LTE, which he established that the ping rate from the tower to me is faulty, which he put in a report based on this, but one week later no LTE, although Telkom charges me for LTE. I don't know what to do anymore, can't even get a manager to assist your from Telkom these days, how pathetic!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
