It seems I am not alone with this issue. Placed an online order 9 May and after 4 weeks of no delivery, 3 unanswered emails and 5 lengthy phone calls from my side I found out that 70% of my order is out of stock. So I canceled the order. Lo and behold, I have been charged on my account for an order not received. I see this is going to be a struggle as Edgars hasn't responded to the other complaints here at all....
I usually get great service from Woolworths online. However, my order now is nearly a week late and after making 4 phone calls no one seems to know where my order is. Terribly disappointed.
<div>I ordered 2 dresses from Geite and Goeters stating that I want long dresses. I ordered a size larger than I usually wear. When the dresses arrived they were far too short and one was too small. I emailed them repeatedly for a refund and finally got a fairly rude response giving me the delivery address. I paid for the courier myself and the dresses were returned and signed for by them on 6 November. Two emails later asking when I will get my refund and I have yet to get a response never mind my money back. Shocking service. </div>
Best selection of party goods ever, BUT ... I placed an order and paid three weeks ago, and have not received any of my goods yet. I have sent 4 emails and received no response. I phoned and was promised a phone call on the same day with why my order is taking so long. That was three days ago. Disappointing to say the least. I want my money back.
I ordered 6 coffee mugs from Mr Price Home online and paid for express courier delivery. I received 2 mugs badly chipped and requested an urgent exchange as it is a birthday gift and the reason for me paying for the express courier. First I was told I can go to the following stores (none of which were even remotely close to my home...) to exchange... What was the point of me paying the courier fees??? I asked them to arrange for the courier to come and collect ASAP and replace the damaged cups while keeping me updated via email. I received an email today: Your support request has been solved. Really? Not even close. I am terribly disappointed in the service.
