Phoned the branch in Edwin Swales, Durban. Had A conversation, regarding an issue with my brakes, got cut off. Phoned back, was promised to get phoned back, nothing...also seemed to have a rude tone towards me then. That's not how you treat customers, will not get my business and will spread the word about this company, don't bother phoning me, thanks.
On Tue 14/08/2018 14:28 I sent an email to SA Post Office Customer Service regarding my purchases from China, that is sitting at the Joburg International Mail Centre. No response has been received until now and no one answers their Customer Service Line. How are we supposed to communicate? Tracking numbers from China are: RY ********** 12CN RM ********** 02CN Please can someone give me feedback, thanks.
