Found the guys to be as very polite & helpful as far as they could. My impression was they appeared to lack be a bit of experience / knowledge on ins & outs of breaking systems. Over all pleasant visit.

Phoned the branch in Edwin Swales, Durban. Had A conversation, regarding an issue with my brakes, got cut off. Phoned back, was promised to get phoned back, nothing...also seemed to have a rude tone towards me then. That's not how you treat customers, will not get my business and will spread the word about this company, don't bother phoning me, thanks.

Good day, Please note that I got my brakes replaced by your Polokwane branch on 30.12.2019 Immediately after collecting the vehicle I noticed unfamiliar sounds coming from the engine where I called the branch. They asked me to bring the vehicle back - and as they were about to close, they only inspected it at the pavement. Both me and their staff members drove the car around for them to hear the sounds. After about 30 minutes I was told to take the vehicle and listen to it over the weekend. I have been noticing the sounds especially when I go offroad. Some of the staff members argued that they couldn’t hear any sounds coming from the engine. Yesterday I took the car to VW for full inspection, where I was told that a Brake Lining Pin was not fitted on the brakes/pads when the brakes were replaced. I have documents to support that. I contacted the local office and explained the situation - I didn't get an apology or sympathy from them for this life threatening mistake. They asked me to bring the vehicle in today where I told them I don't have the time as I spent more time out of the office taking the car to VW yesterday. They asked me what time I start at work, and that they will collect the car at 8.00 this morning. At 9 they didn't pitch yet, where I called them again, and again no apology and was told that they will fetch the car around 9 or 10. It's 10.32, no calls from them and they didn't pitch and I will need to travel this weekend, which is impossible with the car in this condition. I find this very disrespectful to paying clients and it’s putting me in a very difficult and uncomfortable situation. I need your intervention. Called the Company in Krugersdorp to see if they COULD fix my Braking problem on a Ford Ka, I told them after some research that it was my Brake Master Cylinder was Faulty and the 1 of the Valves was not opening or closing, the person who took my call was Franciou, and he convinced me they could sort it out, long story short, 2 days of me trying to get the part, as Ford SA does not keep stock of the Part, Sourced a Second hand from reputable S**** Yard dealers, Protech in Pta, it has been 2 days of my Ka standing, I have being doing Positive sourcing, and when I advised them of where, they do not do collection from outside West Rand. Bottom line, Good Luck to anyone who takes their Car there, suggest before committing, see workshop and Staff behavior, you decide. Good Luck. For me, never again

They messed up my new polo TSI hole breaking system and send me falls videos claiming my car came in like that I caught them out on the dates and times, people be careful of these crooks.

Got car to CBS and they pulled out all the stops, friendly and helpful. They got my car fixed and told me anymore problems please come back immediately. Well done guys on good service and a job well done. Also on their 12 month warranty promise, repaired for free.
