I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO USE RSAWEB They had a black friday promotion and I signed up asking Tashreeq to please charge me normal rate for November as it was only 3 day pro rata so why charge me for the promotional rate and then they should charge me for the promotional in December and January, now they have a lot of stories and said I never asked, but I have communication about it and their communication are the worst ever, they take forever to resolve anything and you need to speak to 20 people to just get "we will get back to you" PLEASE DON'T EVER USE THEM
Anyone who has a medical aid NEVER go to Doctor T Viljoen in Honeydew Ridge, I was a first time patient and went to see him on 16 May, the receptionist told me for follow ups less than 5 workong days he won't charge me again, I went back for follow up on 20 May and they charged me again, now I am struggling for almost 4 weeks to get my refund and the Receptionist keep on using the same excuse they extremely busy, but they could not wait to take my money, never will I go back and I want to warn other patients
I needed to get al 4 my wisdom teeth removed, I got the codes from the Maxillofacial on 27 Feb 2025, I send it through to Discovery immediately for a quotation, Discovery then send me a quotation back on 28 Feb 2025 that everything will be paid, I then called to change the date from 14 March 2025 to 10 March and asked them will quote change and they said no as the Maxillofacial stays the same, I phoned again twice before the 10th and they said the quote stays the same, after I went to surgery and they send the invoice through to discovery now I need to pay R3500, I phoned them and they just saying it's being looked into, it's been 2 weeks now and still no reference received, feedback for their mistake and where I won't pay and my quotation stated paid in full, I am DISGUSTED in you as such a big medical scheme company! I am also not explaining to the Maxillofacial why I won't pay them, Discovery need to explain and make sure they get paid, as they also received the quotation that discovery will pay them in full.
We have been with them since July 2020 and has the worst experience ever, they do not know what is going on in their business, they billed us twice and then for a contract of R695 per month they billed us for 2 months double and then less then R695 we then asked them to fix our account and then they just ignore our emails and never phone to even say they working on it, NEVER do business with them!
Good Day, I phoned Foschini Sandton asking if they have stock of Huawei Y5 2019 and the lady confirmed they have 2 available, I asked they must please keep me one. I phoned again after 15 minutes to confirm if they have kept me one and again the lady confirmed they have set one aside for me, I told her I am leaving now to get it and she said all in order. When I got there the store was closed, I spoke to the security and he said he will call the guy working with the phones, when he came to the door I told him the story, he then told me no the 2 they have is broken after I phoned twice and they agreed they available, I drove all the way fro Randfontein for nothing, I am very disappointed and disgusted in the Service I got from this store after it should be very good service as it is in Sandton, now I know why I never go there and never will again go to Sandton, there customer service is poor and they don't know how to work with customers.
I have called in on 18/01/2021 to tell them that we will be moving on 31/01/2021 to a new place they told me that they will add the order so that when we move in we don't need to wait 10 - 14 days, I have paid in full for February as well. I have called again on 03/02/2021 and they told me it's day 3 and that I need to wait for them to calk me it is today 17/02/2021 and still no internet nor has anyone of Supersonic called us to even explain what is going on, I need to call them everytime to ask what is happening. I am very disgusted in the service we are getting from them, I won't recomend them at all.
