Dis-shem has the worst online service and customer service, I ordered a car seat, and I haven't received it till today. When you call you wait for hours for your call to get disconnected. When I call them, they don't know where my order is and when you leave your details no one gets back to you. I have never experienced such service in my life. They don't have accountability for their mistake and ownership.
They are scamming people, they give you a form to sign with the agreed amount then they ask you to pay R2499.99 for the attorney fee. Once you pay them, they ask you again to pay R4 860 for the Cost of the transfer in order for you to get the money. When you ask for your refund they say it will take 90 days to get it back.
Poor service, they only attend customers of colour and you are ignored. Worse service from Total Bonjour Heidelburg
<p>Friday i've place an order with Netflorist to deliver on monday. They did let me know that they cant deliver because the person was unreachable and i must give them a new address. I went online, i spoke to Lerato Tswarelo and i gave the the new address. My order was not delivered and no body contacted to let me know about the update. Now when i am trying to find out about it they havent delivered it. I am speaking to Njabulo Radebe to follow up. Ive done 3 orders with Netflorist they were delivered on time. i am very disappointed with the delivery and update.</p>
