Called in to Splush Douglasdale this morning to purchase some products. Nobody to assist but there was a woman in a Splush apron standing outside going off on her cellphone like an absolute fishwife. People waiting in line at the nearby ATM had their mouths open. She saw me going in but continued to scream and swear. I eventually gave up and left. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional and does not do Splush any credit.
<p>Since earlier this year, every other month Vodacom enters incorrect card details for my debit order and I get hounded by robotic calls and smss demanding that I pay up. Despite numerous calls and emails (even escalating right up the food chain), profuse apologies, guarantees that the problem has been rectified and will not happen again, I can wait a month or two and we are back to square one.</p> <p> </p> <p>Guess what? Last night the robotic calls started again! I give up. I have always been a Vodacom customer but this stress is driving me to port my number.</p> <p> </p> <p>Seriously Vodacom? If you can't even get this right, then I hate to think what the rest of your admin looks like.</p>
