I recently purchased 4 items (pay for 3 and get 1 free) on Splush and one item arrived with a leak. Splush had amazing email assistance and our new bottle arrived today. 10/10 for fast, efficient and kind service!

Called in to Splush Douglasdale this morning to purchase some products. Nobody to assist but there was a woman in a Splush apron standing outside going off on her cellphone like an absolute fishwife. People waiting in line at the nearby ATM had their mouths open. She saw me going in but continued to scream and swear. I eventually gave up and left. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional and does not do Splush any credit.

with Recent covid numbers increasing i opted to purchase my regular hair products online on the 28th November 2021. No confirmation email or sms, so I was patient. On the 2 December,i sent an email via the website querying the order. I received a response on the 3rd,stating i must check my junk folder for the email, but my order was received and was given my order number. The agent i will get my tracking waybill number shortly. Today is the 7th, still no email or tracking number sent to me. i tried calling, no answer, the tracking chat bot also told me to contact the agent to assist me. The site mentions deliveries in 1-4 days. my order has definitely surpassed that, with no communication whatsoever. extremely disappointed!!!!!

I'm so sadly disgusted at how I was treated today at Splush Clearwater mall. I got an sms on Wednesday that I could book a free blowout but the system was not working online so I went in store to book that same morning! The lady took my name and number and said she would confirm with me. She called me the same day to confirm my appointment for 1 o clock on friday. I made arrangements to fetch my daughter earlier at school in order to be punctual. I got there, the lady put me in the chair, hair loose and in the basin. Then all of a sudden there was a problem. She only then asked for my name, and then called a lady named Taryn to tell me that they can't help me right now because there's another client who booked for 1pm. I had to get up and tie my partially wet hair in a bun and leave. I was so upset and humiliated that I just wanted to get out of the shop. I can't believe this is how they treat their clients for mistakes they make! I wasted my time, petrol and had to pay for parking for absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable honestly. The above is an email I wrote to them on Friday and stil no response. Just shows how little they care!

Had the best experience with Splush Online! I submitted my order Tuesday around 14:00, received it on Wednesday morning around 10:00, wow! Their pricing is also much better than other salons.

#BlackFriday I took my daughter (10 years old) to Splush Clearwater Mall to get her hear done for her dance exam. She has ethnic hair and has had dreadlocks since she was 4 years old. i recently took them out. It was her first time there and Doris was AMAZING with her. Gentle, kind, patient, and absolutely wonderful My daughter who has cried at every salon she has ever gone to never cried once!! Doris was the most patient person ever, going through ever single knot that she came across and there were many. But afterwards my daughter had straight hair for the first time in 5 years, and was awe struck at how long her hair was and how straight it was. Thank you Doris for always being caring, patient and AMAZING!!!!

My hair was healthy but it was lacking moisture so under the advice of one of the staff members at splush mall of Africa I did a joico moisture repair treatment paid R500 for this treatment. It has left my hair tangled dry and feeling like straw. I have had to spend another R800 at a real hair salon now to repair the damage that they have caused! Thanks for the bad advice!
