I took my son (3 years old) for a haircut at Sorbet man in Clearwater mall. I was very impressed with the service. Lebo, who cur my sons hair was so patient with him and very careful when cutting. Thank you Lebo for making this an enjoyable experience for my boy. We will definitely be back!
I would like to give the store in Clearwater mall 5 stars for their friendliness and helpfulness. I have always been greeted and helped with a smile. Been going there for 6 months now, and will always go back! Such a great team in that store.
I'm so sadly disgusted at how I was treated today at Splush Clearwater mall. I got an sms on Wednesday that I could book a free blowout but the system was not working online so I went in store to book that same morning! The lady took my name and number and said she would confirm with me. She called me the same day to confirm my appointment for 1 o clock on friday. I made arrangements to fetch my daughter earlier at school in order to be punctual. I got there, the lady put me in the chair, hair loose and in the basin. Then all of a sudden there was a problem. She only then asked for my name, and then called a lady named Taryn to tell me that they can't help me right now because there's another client who booked for 1pm. I had to get up and tie my partially wet hair in a bun and leave. I was so upset and humiliated that I just wanted to get out of the shop. I can't believe this is how they treat their clients for mistakes they make! I wasted my time, petrol and had to pay for parking for absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable honestly. The above is an email I wrote to them on Friday and stil no response. Just shows how little they care!
Let me start by saying they do not even deserve that one star! I am so upset and highly disgusted at their lack of service and don't care attitude. We had a query where our roof was starting to bubble at a resultant of a leak from the unit upstairs. We reported it and for weeks nothing was done. Finally on the 29th of May we got feedback from CRM, a lady named Roxanne, and then nothing was done, in between emails she does not respond for up to an entire month! And till date our roof still looks like ****. But if we were to miss a levy payment they would know exactly how to contact us and expect us to resolve it quickly, when they are allowed to drag things out for months with absolutely no repercussions. It's unfair and unethical.
I have been with FNB over 5 years and sang their praises to everyone I know. I now feel like a disappointed victim. I requested my account to be downgraded in Feb. I was in the branch and sent an email. After that I called the call centre and they assured me it was a savings account. In June I came to realise that I am still being charged as a cheque account which is very infair to me. Then I laid a complaint and they just said sorry and downgraded my account and told me they cant refund me as the account was in use. That is theft! If it was me who owed them even as little as R100. Would they accept a "sorry" from me and move on? No. So why am I expected to be okay with the fact that basically stole from me?
