I bought a Diesel injector pump and a clutch kit from a guy called Francois. Both purchases where suppose to be picked up by my courier but only a clutch kit was sent. The problem started when it was only a clutch kit was given to the courier. Then these guys sent me an incomplete diesel injector pump without a pulley/gear. THEY TOOK OUT THE PART THAT THEY ARE SURE i WILL NOT GET separate from the pump if I had to get it somewhere else. I have spoken to the team leader (Marco) who told me straight that they will not assist me. Then a manager (Shanray) who promised to resolve the issue but he does not answer my calls.
This started when I had a car breakdown and I was told by SA Warranties to take it to their affiliated repairer for repairs. The car was overheating. I sent the car to the repairer and it took them more than 6 months to fix it. Their repairer assured me that the car was fixed it no longer overheats but I should buy new injectors. I did that at my own cost and sent the car back to the as I was now desperate to get my car back and use it after more than 6 months of waiting. I used the car for not more than 3000km it had a breakdown on the N2 at night on my way back from Durban to Vryheid. I slept in KwaDukuza that night in the morning I called the repairer and informed them about the breakdown. They towed the car to Newcastle. I called them for several times to check the progress I had to wait for more than 2 weeks and they came back to me with the report alongside with the letter from SA Warranties stating that MY CLAIM HAS BEEN REJECTED reason being that I was misusing the car and over raving it. I would like the world to know that these big companies take our monies and when you are in need of the service that you’ve been paying for they find all the ways to reject or underpay for the claim. No I have been calling their offices on 1 call I have been sent to more than 4 people all referring me to the senior until I was told they will call me back now it has been 10 days and counting.
I placed my order and I was told it was dispatched on 27 November 2017. Until today the order has not been delivered. After so many calls to them, they keep on lying promising me the very same day delivery. Now I am in a situation where I value the calls and time I have spent on getting my order delivered and cancelling the order. Now what does one have to do with the company this big when they take advantage of individuals whereas if it was me not paying them I would have been charged all sorts of fees to recover their costs?
<p>I bought a bakkie from these guys on the very same day the car had a break down. The bakkie was overheating, it didn't end there the bakkie now has stripped me off +/-R5k in addition another R11k is needed for the diesel sensor pump. My advise is NEVER Buy from them. They make you sign the papers knowingly that it is a trap!!! I need help!!!</p>
