Weeks of waiting, no answers, and a missing balance—it felt hopeless. But then I contacted the support listed in my bio fredmercy 3 4 7 At gmail.com That’s when things turned around. Mrs. Mercy and her team handled my case with care and urgency. Thanks to them, my funds were recovered. Definitely relieved.

Normally I got good service from AMS at decent prices. However I was sent a faulty Shut-off valve for my Merc ML320 CDI. AMS's parts attendant claims that the electronic part could not be checked outside of the car. However there is a manual component which could be checked manually and the electronic component can actually be checked using a Launch electronic diagnostic tool outside of a vehicle. As I have ordered quite a lot of spares at once and the repairs to the vehicle took some time to do as well as space limitations at the garage. They could not help me before the 7 day exchange period lapsed and before the garage could open the spares package to check the contents. Given the fact that the part is faulty (stuck mechanically) as well as having a crack in the housing I think it is not unfair for me to claim the cost back from AMS. The parts (Weighing 37Kg) were delivered straight to the garage and because I paid for the spares the garage did not keep the Invoice or handed it to me. Unfortunately AMS sticks to their conditions of 7 days and original invoice to be accommodated with returns. May I point out that if the part was checked before dispatch it would not have been invoiced in the first place. Almost R3500 has now been lost by a once loyal customer.

Pathetic customer service! I will never use them again!!!!! I bought a complete rear diff and axle from them but they supplied me with the wrong diff ratio. I discovered this on route to a 4x4 tour of which I was the guide. They couldn't supply me with the correct diff so halfway through my tour I had to rush 4hours back to fit my old diff centre to correct the issue before rushing back as my clients were waiting. Their mistake cost me R9k in total in fuel and damages. I simply asked them to refund me for the Labour expenses for switching my old diff centre with their incorrect one. They point blank refused! They then offered to refund me for the wrong diff centre they supplied me. They took the diff back, then gave me ridiculous paperwork to try arrange a refund. After all the hassle I sent them everything expect I had a copy of the their invoice and wasn't able to produce the original. After all the time and money they cost me because of their mistake, they refuse to refund me because of a copy instead of an original but they were all too happy to take the wrong diff centre back. I have repeatedly asked for the manager to try resolve this simple issue yet I'm ignored and not once will the so called manager phone me. I've tired repeatedly to get his contact details so I can phone him directly but they won't give it to me. So now I sit with a big expense due to their incompetents. They took the diff without refunding me, I had to pay Labour twice and they are less than helpful. To top it off, the diff I received was in such bad shape, several parts had to be stripped off my diff to try make it work. Secondly, it was not even two weeks and the diff they supplied is already leaking oil out the side shafts. This is disgusting!

These guys are treating customers unfairly in that they don't accept returns no matter what if the part one asked for was "correctly'supplied.I recently brought a lower control arm instead of an upper control arm for my car. After I was alerted by my mechanic that I had bought the wrong one I tried to exchange the part for the correct one and they flatly refused. This was the very next day and the part had not been fitted meaning it was still in it's brand new state.I found this very unfair especially given that I just wanted to exchange and pay whatever price adjustment was required. They wanted me to buy the correct part and still retain the wrong one as a ploy to increase their revenue and the commission for the sale person concerned that. Is this even legal under the consumer protection act?

I bought a Diesel injector pump and a clutch kit from a guy called Francois. Both purchases where suppose to be picked up by my courier but only a clutch kit was sent. The problem started when it was only a clutch kit was given to the courier. Then these guys sent me an incomplete diesel injector pump without a pulley/gear. THEY TOOK OUT THE PART THAT THEY ARE SURE i WILL NOT GET separate from the pump if I had to get it somewhere else. I have spoken to the team leader (Marco) who told me straight that they will not assist me. Then a manager (Shanray) who promised to resolve the issue but he does not answer my calls.
