Ocean Basket Midwater in Middelburg is now honestly a health hazard. Worst takeaway service. First it was uncooked mussels. We brought it to the waiter's attention when went to buy takeaways. Again they gave us some uncooked mussels, a soggy oily platter for two when we ordered grilled. Found an oily green pepper when nothing that we ordered was supposed to have green peppers, hence I believe they serve us leftovers from other ppl's plates. Money wasted.
Woolworths dash in Middelburg Mall is the pits honestly. It used to offer such high quality service bt now the shoppers don't even care anymore. If you didn't choose a substitute they just substitute for you. It's very rare to get one that will send a message at the beginning of shopping. Now you just see that they're shopping and get a surprise after. That is so upsetting honestly when the retail has placed measures for the shopper to be able to communicate with the client but they just choose not to. And from the complaints I see here it shows woolworths doesn't even care about its customers. Please make a way for us to see when our money is being returned to our account because not even once have I seen a reversal from Woolworths.
I will never recommend Takealot to anyone due to the ******* state it's in now. Please if you can find it somewhere else or directly from the store I urge to not buy it from Takealot. Again I ordered on the 4th of March and waited for my stuff. On the 12th is the only time their merchant realized they're out of stock. There is no way a store can take that long to respond to a customer about their stock. It says a lot about how relaxed laws are at Takealot. And now instead of chatting directly to them, there's a chat bot in place. To Takealot, we've seen bigger companies crumble and fall because they became too rich for their client. Your clients will find a replacement and your ******* merchant will be stuck with their never available stuff. Your poor management is not only failing your clients but it will eventually fail you and your merchants.
I'm so unhappy with Takealot lately. Before one used to order and be able to see when things will arrive immediately but now it seems Takealot has let itself go and allowed dishonest merchants to join them. On 31st of January I ordered books and was informed of the late delivery but I didn't mind because the books were affordable. My stuff was supposed to arrive on the 19th of February but on the 17th two books were canceled and my money returned. After waiting so long the merchant only realised that late that they don't have stock? One of the books was my child's school book and semester had already Started. Now I had to start looking for a book 17 days later. Now again I ordered things. These I expected to be delivered within a week but a day or two later I saw that my order will only be delivered on the 17th of March. Isn't it a requirement by Takealot when joining that a merchant must have readily available stock. It used to be that the latest was 7 days but now almost a month goes by whilst we wait for things. I could have ordered my things separately it the merchant was honest from the beginning about the availability of stock I'm really displeased and looking for another app that can deliver on time with strict rules for it's vendors. Please suggest. I'm tired of the lies on Takealot now. It can't take 17 to 19 days for one to realise they're out of stock.
I've been booking with them for many years and I must say, I don't have complaints. If anything goes wrong with the booking, it is swiftly and professionally handled by the company. The only thing I'll complain about is their genius levels don't give as much rewards as they used to. Please look into those rewards. Other than that, keep up the good work.
The worst service ever We bought from the Middelburg branch about three weeks back. They said the parts will be here within 8-9 days. Three weeks later I'm here listening to excuse after excuse after the next. We paid a lot of money to be treated like this and our client is furious with us because of their incompetence. I'm never buying from this company again.
One of the guards asked us to pay him a tip for a parking that was open like several others saying he reserved it when it wasn't. We saw this as inappropriate and ignored him. In the morning our spare wheel was gone and one of the wind guards around the window. The car was visible to the guards at the gate as the car was on the first parking under the green carports on the right as you enter the casino. We realised we were being asked for protection fee disguised as a tip by the security guard. He went as far as to tell hubby to leave the money in the bin close by. When he realised he didn't, he lifted both hands in a questioning manner. Now when we inform the casino about the ****** spare wheel, they inform us there is no coverage of security cameras where the cars are parked and that the camera only shows the car arriving and leaving. We are booked here for two days and our fairly new Bakkie is parked out there. It is not guarded since we won't pay protection fee and there is no coverage by cameras in the parking area. But the booking site for Tsogo sun members was very quick to inform us we will forfeit the money if we cancel. It was suggested that we should contact our insurance and that maybe the wheel was lost outside which too raised flags. Our cars can be vandalised because they have insurance? The spare wheel had an extra chain and lock around it and we know it was there when came to the casino. I'm worried as I reserved a booking at Hotel Perte for December and realising the level of security here on one of Tsogo sun's branches is non existent. Tsogo sun and The Ridge Casino, hotel and Entertainment, Witbank I need answers and a full investigation.
I have a business account with FNB and I normally notice a purchase I didn't recognize on my bank history of R79 referenced Middelburg tap and go. I was under the impression my partner was the one making a purchase there until he said he also is clueless about the purchase. I contacted FNB private chat to discuss and atleast get more clarity on the name of the store as I suspected maybe it might be a ****mers. Vuyelwa was the assistent assigned. Immediately after informing her/him of the issue at hand, she responds by please confirm cancelation of the card. Remember this is a business account with two cards and this assistant hasn't even done any investigation whatsoever but already wants to cancel cards. I asked her why she wants to cancel my card and she says "you don't recognize the purchase so there is nothing we can do but cancel the card". I informed her of her lack of investigation into my enquiry and that was when she requested me to verify myself. I saw no use in a person of that nature going anywhere near my account and I proceeded to inform her that I'm going report her incompetence. She answered with a "thank you for contacting us" automated answer. No apology whatsoever. FNB must do something about this Vuyelwa character. These types of begrudged tellers/assistant are the types that end up *****ing from our accounts or even adding extra unnecessary charges.
Right now I wish I had read all these reviews before buying from cielo. They delivered a patio couch with a broken leg a while back. Since then it's been back and forth about wrapping a couch that came broken in the very same wrapping. They said we must wrap it, as if I'm a delivery company. We had to hire another guy to help my husband. Then we couldn't use the lounge for days because this huge box was stuck there for days because they have to arrange with this really unprofessional delivery company to pick up the couch. They never call or alert you that they're coming, nope. They just show up. After I asked numerous times for them to please contact us. It's the most frustrating and depressing service honestly. I still wait for my couch. They need to learn back and forth on emails is not delivery of services. You can't expect us to wrap sofas as if it's a box of shoes. I'm fed up with them. I just want this whole thing over and done with because it's bringing upset in the house.
They have a sale running until 1st of August. So u went to buy a wig which was advertised for R1450.00 The store keeper realised my desperation as I needed the wig for that day. She hiked the price by R300, claiming the sale was for other stores and not for Virgin Hair Vip. So i switched to a 12 inch wig which she said is not on special and claimed its R1700 plus R200 installation R1900. This lady ****** me blind. There's no head office number to contact with complaints. I want my money back or else I'm reporting their business to the ombudsman.
