Adidas online service is a fraudulent service. I ordered a parcel online in December 2022 and never received the parcel. The online support service is non-existent. They refuse to assist and one has to wait 10 working days before you can follow-up. Then you phone and there is zero updates. I believe this is a scam and there is no actual adidas south africa online service as the email follow ups results in no response. Be careful and be warned of adidas online. You will be defrauded of your money.
I received the wors service from Dior online menlyn store the last week. I ordered an online parcel and Dior indstructed the courier to deliver to the incorrect address. It took me days to get this confirmation from them. They then expected me to collect the parcel from the incorrect address. I request a refund or a new parcel and I am yet to receive anything. I suspect fraudelnt activities here. Be careful of ordering online - you will lose money
I bought a bracelet 3 weeks ago as a special gift. The shop did not have the correct size bracelet,however the shop assistant said I should take the \big"bracelet and return it the following week once they receive new stock.I have done this before and it worked very well.<br> I returned the next week and was told no stock. REF: V5682087<br> <br> I went to Lancet labs for blood tests (service rendered 02/01/2015). The total amount that was claimed was R939 and Discovery paid an amount of R735.10 on the 11/02/2015. However the exact same claim (R939) was submitted to Discovery, and the Medical Aid paid R506.50 to Lancet on 18/02/2015. Upon numerous follow-ups, Lancet refuses to reverse this claim. <br> I have the statements from my Medical Aid proving that 2 claims was made and that payment was made to the Laboratory. <br> All I want is for Lancet to please reverse the second claim. I find it very very poor that the customer services just tells me that this is not their problem. It is their problem if they are submitting the same claims twice, and refuse to reverse the one. That constitutes to fraudulent medical aid claims.<br> <br>
