Rage store in carletonville mall the service was very bad and the lady who was assisting us was very rude I don't know if she is the store manager or what we had to wait more than 15 minutes to be assisted while she was busy training another stuff member on the till , were we supposed to pay ,when we complained she told us she won't help next time when we visit the store . How can they be training in each other when the store is busy . With people on the cue , our time can't be wasted because of their convenience, we also have other obligations. To top it all with the bad attitude they gave us .
Since I place my order I never received my products , they took my money without delivering what I purchse . 😡😡😡 I work hard for my money for it to be taken like this they are .
I am not happy at all with this company I ordered my products on May and till today I haven't received them i just got a email few days after making an order that my products will be sent , I sent them several messages in all their social media platforms but they failed to respond , i am ko longer interested, i just want my money back
<p><span style="color: #666666; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif; line-height: 20px; background-color: #ffffff;">I deposited 1200 into the Avon account on the 26th of september 2016 only to be advised the account is no longer in use, I notified them and send them all the document required for a refund , all they do is to send me from pillar to post asking me to send the same documents over and over again , funny that when we want our money back its a problem , the service is very poor and they are unprofessional when I asked to be referred to someone who will sort out my query they never bothered to respond , honestly I want nothing to do with Avon any more all I want is my money and thats it . I have never experienced such terrible service in my life . </span></p>
