After being recommended to me,I contacted Mark Templeton from HydroconSa to install a water tank at my premises that I rent out. The installation went well and we were happy initially, until we(my tenant) realised that he had damaged our swimming pool pipe while installing the water pump and tank. After a big struggle( numerous phone calls being ignored) to get Mark back to look at the damage, he finally came around and fixed the pipe to the pool pump. Our Tenant then realised after trying to back-wash the pool that he had also damaged that pipe and didn’t inform anyone about it. My Tenant tried to contact Mark and he ignored every single call until he called from a friend’s number,he miraculously answered, and as you can guess, said it’s not his problem or fault and he won’t fix it. I have tried to get hold of Mark via Whatsapp, email and telephone to no avail! Be aware of his after sale service and lacklustre attitude towards clients after he has been paid and rather look for another company you can trust to look after your property and who will take responsibility for their work.
<p>Baywater pools supplied our swimming pool through Sabreal properties( just as useless) .</p> <p> </p> <p>The pool (fibreglass mould) was just put into the ground without any support beneath the steps and without any grout sealing the tiles at the pools edge.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to contact them several times to sort it out and they eventually sent 2 of their workers to dig up my grass and force sand into the bottom of the steps to make it more sturdy and try to level the pool.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a week of doing that they said to me thats the best they can do and till today,the pool is still not level neither are there support under the steps.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently the pool pump had a malfunction( i have a full 2 year guarantee from the owner Rory ) which he said to me he will do me a favour as the pump is faulty due to water in the pump because the lid not fixed to the pump. The lid was blown off the pump 2weeks earlier due to a fault on the pump and it took him (Rory) 2 weeks to respond and eventually come out and look at the pump.</p> <p> </p> <p>After i called numerous times again to follow up,I was informed by Rory that he fix the pump within 2 days. I called to follow up and he started screaming at me and said he will make me pay for the pump and put the phone down on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please people be aware of this company and NEVER ever buy a pool from them,you WILL regret it.</p> <p>www.baywaterpools.co.za</p>
