I'm writing to express my concerns regarding the recent poor and unprofessional service experience I had at Fleurhof Future Nation schools with their administrator and enrollment, I believe the level of service fell below the expected standards. September 2023, I did the online application for 2024 grade registration, the online system is not user friendly, lodged a complaint with them, they requested supporting documents so that I can complete a manual application form, completed and submitted. follow up email was sent in December 2023 no response, I went to the school 10/01/2024 to follow up, they requested for the supporting documents AGAIN and so that they can process the application, because one of the administrators fail to do her JOB in September 2023. Today 10/10/2024 received an email from the school stating that I did not complete the online application. phone them again spoke to one of the administrators to follow up she promised to call back, she stated that she will be following up with the enrolment department, I received an email from the administrator requesting me to complete the manual application for the 6 times. its arduous. POOR POOR service. They lack professionalism. MY SON IS ENROLLING FOR GRADE 1. The school is opening :12/01/2024.
hi , i have a problem with CELL C number , i can not receive calls ,it doesnt seem to be the device. i tried the sim card in another device,also doesnt receive calls .from the 25/09/2021 i was not receiving calls ,i phone cellc spoke to Blessing 27/09/2021he adviced me to dial ##002# and restart my phone it did not work ,i spoke to Phandi who was very rude could not assist ,i was transffered to Phumla technical department who hang up FAILD TO ASSIT. spoke to Heziel FAILED TO assist. I spoke to ALLY from technical department told me she will activate my the call barring on her side ,,i must restart my phone and test it REF number :2109280000008518 ,, i still cant receive calls . I phone again they told me they will escalate the call TURN AROUND TIME 24-48HRS,,, im really frustrated ,, im using these number to run my business, CELL C ITS USELES NETWORK ,THEY GIVE FALSE INFORMATION TO CLIENTS . IVE BEEN NOT RECEIVING CALL FOR THE PASS DAYS.
