Disgusting
This company uses a false website misleading one to believe you are purchasing quality jewellery that is made in Cape Town and the business is closing down. It even states delivery by the courier Guy. Your order takes weeks and arrives from China and delivered by Buffalo. You wouldn't buy this cheap ******* at the local Chinese store, never mind spend a fortune on the poorest quality items you have ever seen. Not worth even R20. Can't give this ******* away! Something should really be done to stop these cons.

Ordered and paid R1 400 over a year ago I'm June 2023, got confirmation and all follow up and requests have gone unanswered. Never received my purchase to those day. NEVER BUY FROM THEM You are just wasting good money.

Placed an order on 4th June and have never received updates or any communication whatsoever. After numerous emails, what's app msg and calls with no reply, I believe this site is a *****.

Impressive service
Was looking online to buy audio tapes and came across Sircony. Was a bit hesitant but as the items were so reasonable I took a chance. The following day, I received the items. Very impressed.

Brilliant ,Magnificent site
Ordered a JBL party Box as a gift for my sons rowing club on Sunday and received it on Tuesday. An absolute pleasure to order on this user friendly site. I would definitely recommend.

Fast and seamless
Ordered Nike sneakers online from Sell-SA from Sneakerbrothers on Tuesday evening received a what's app from Sneakerbrothers on Wednesday morning asking what colour I had ordered and I received them the following day. Very impressed!

Met their commitment
I ordered a gift for my son on 1 December which they obviously ordered from overseas. Apart from the total lack of communication, I do believe that they have good intentions but seem to lack the proper systems and management. On the occasions that I called, the people were courteous and my emails were responded to. after promising that I would receive my parcel in time for xmas, I was concerned when it had not arrived on 23rd but after emailing again, I received a tracking number and on the 24th called the courier service and was informed that they would be collecting and delivering that day. Indeed, my package arrived that afternoon. Well done melhor for meeting your commitments albeit cutting it fine. A
