am still trying to get them to remove and an adverse and tell me what exactly i owe them.They refuse to cancel a contract pleading i have tried over a dozen times to reach them.Still have not returned my call or fixed the problem
After 1 year of fighting with these guys over a contract that was supposed to have been cancelled a year ago, i finally relented as it just was not worth the argument and settled, now 3 months later i find that there is still an adverse on my name as these guys have not fully cleared the account...is there any competency in this dinosaur of a business?
Been with these clowns for over 10 years.I call and ask them to move 3 "contracts" to prepaid...I assume 3 because only 3 because there was 3 debit orders...unknown to me there was a 4th number that they added to one of the debit orders.They don't mention it , but 60 days days later they start debiting me various different amounts which I block.After about 5 failed attempts to reach a competent person.Im told them don't cancel if you have an outstanding amount...which they created...lol.Add insult to injury...they listed me on ITC, for R200.Stay far and let this useless organisation just die out ungratefully.
Cell C! I cancelled 3 active contracts in and around May.They seem to have activated a dormant number that was cancelled over a year ago, and continued debiting me. I in turn kept reversing the payments, only to now have an adverse on my name and legal fees. I called in but Cellc are clueless here .How does this operator still stay in business .Stay away from this clueless bunch!
"App****" for a share trading account 2 days ago, still no response after i called, was told they can see who is handling, but will get them to call. still grappling with why i need to apply, when its my money ?
I have an unauthorized Debit order from Absa insurance that that was effected today,policy number 6527172899 i did not authorize this.As far as I am aware, this type of consent marketing where the client has to cancel an unauthorized Debit is *******.
Been a month since i logged a claim. no feedback for the last 2 weeks. cant get a hold of anyone! Claim no: 4611632

I had a claim several months ago, most of the job was done...shoddily, and the final bit was a waste pipe in my bath basin that was damaged, several months later the contractors are arguing whos responsibility it is, the agent assigned at ABSA, is so ***********, that i haven't even received the courtesy of a response despite 2 mails to them
It been almost 2 weeks of to and fro , and this company is clueless as to how to sort my contract. They have me on an incorrect contract, and 1 mail correspondence , yet this was changed.Further they was supposed to be a limit of the account, and it appears this was not done.Twice this contract was suspended, whilst "they are trying to find out what went wrong".Now the agent handling this is on holiday, whilst i have no useof my phone or data.If your cellular connectivity is critical to your or your business--rather go directly to Vodacom or MTn, then use a 3rd party reseller like cellc. Cannot wait to port my number out of this defunct company. Frighteningly incompetent
